So I ran out of my NYX Micro Brow Pencil in Espresso with the pointed tip. Really like that brow product.....but I wanted to try something new. So I picked up the L'oreal Brow Stylist Shape and Fill Pencil with the triangular tip.... never tried this kind of brow product. So....WHY NOT. Let's see how this works out..... *face palm*
So I went out and I was not in the mood for a full face of makeup, all I wanted to do was my brows. So I put the L'oreal Brow Stylist Shape and Fill Pencil (Brunette) to the test today..... Testing if it will look natural and if it's easy to use.
My Natural Brow
After Using The Brow Pencil
Comparing NYX Micro Brow Pencil in Espresso and L'oreal Brow Stylist Shape and Fill Pencil in Brunette, L'oreal looks more natural on me. The NYX pencil was a bit too dark and dramatic for my skin tone I realize now. The L'oreal's colour is WAY BETTER for my brows and far more natural looking.
Speaking of its ease of use, I'm used to the pointed brow pencil from NYX and another random brow pencil I have in my collection. So trying this triangular tip was kind of weird, but I tried it. And I must say I like it and it is strangely simple to use. Simply groom my brows with the spoolie, use the edge of it to outline your brow shape, then use the flat side to fill in the brow and the tip to define my "brow tail" (lol)
The person I hung out with, asked if I had something done to my brows....I was SOLD after that. LOL.
You get 0.008oz/250mg of the product and will run you about $1,600.00(+tax) JA at a pharmacy or beauty store or $10.99US on Ulta.
After using it once.... I would recommend it. Shocked me that much. *face palm*
